4. Google Fonts

The Montserrat typeface is loaded through Google Fonts, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Loading the font establishes a connection to Google servers and may transmit the IP address of the device.

The integration serves the consistent presentation of the website and is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Icons are loaded through a hosted Font Awesome Kit provided by Fonticons, Inc. A connection to the provider's servers is established and technical connection data, including the IP address and information about the kit request, may be processed.

6. SoundCloud release artwork

Release artwork is loaded from servers of the SoundCloud group, particularly through sndcdn.com. Loading these images establishes a direct connection to the provider and technically requires the transmission of the device's IP address.

The integration presents my published music and is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

7. External links

This website links to external platforms such as Spotify, SoundCloud, Instagram and other social networks. The respective external website is only opened after a link is selected. The external provider is responsible for any subsequent processing.

8. Functional cookie

The Releases page stores the last selected platform so that Spotify or SoundCloud can be opened directly on the next visit. The cookie is not used for advertising or tracking.

The legal basis is Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The cookie can be deleted at any time through the browser settings.

9. Contact by email

If you contact me by email, your information is processed to handle the request. Depending on the request, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted when it is no longer required unless statutory retention obligations apply.
